Brandy Masterclass with Nicolas Palazzi
Join us for a Brandy Masterclass with Nicolas Palazzi, the founder of PM Spirits.
This event will pair a class led by Nicolas with a tasting of Cognacs & Armagnacs from PM Spirits portfolio, along with an exciting and exclusive preview of two barrel samples of Klocke Estate's 2022 vintage and 2003 vintage aged/aging grape brandy.
PM Spirits is an importer and distributor of fine spirits that has a focus on Cognac, Armagnac, and Calvados. They have been at the vanguard of passionate brandy evangelism since Nicolas founded the company. In addition to being an exceptionally engaging speaker, Nicolas is also a natural fit with our estate’s ethos and goals.

The Estate & Distillery
We hope that you will join us for a Distillery Tour and Tasting!
Our basic tours are held on Saturdays and Sundays at 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, and 4pm.
We offer a private distillery tour and curated prix fixe dinner paired with specially selected cocktails, wine and spirits on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

If you are interested in a tour on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, please reach out to us at tours@klocke-estate.com.
The guided distillery tour will introduce you to Klocke Estate and brandy production and include tastes of our Brevis White and Sweet Red Vermouths as well as our inaugural brandy release, Klocke Estate ‘00’ Unaged Apple Brandy alongside a young Calvados.
The tour will take you through our distillery and hospitality space and includes a bottle of vermouth to take home.
Flights of our products are also available at our bar and in our restaurant during normal business hours.
