• Brandy 101 – A 45 minute educational deep dive into the history, production, and appreciation of fine brandy. Includes a tasting of 5 or our favorite brandies from around the world.
  

• Farm & Biodiversity Walk – Join us for a 25 minute walk around the Estate. Learn about regenerative agriculture and biodiversity on a stroll through our orchards & vineyards. Weather-permitting.
  

• Cocktail Masterclasses – Learn to craft classic and contemporary cocktails using Klocke Estate spirits, brandies and vermouths.
  

• Private Tours & Group Experiences – Customized tastings and behind-the-scenes experiences for groups, celebrations, and corporate outings. Inquire here.

• Enjoy Crêpes from the Sidecar on the South Lawn from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Your ticket supports Churchtown Chamber Music's mission to bring world-class chamber music to the Hudson Valley while celebrating the timeless pairing of exceptional music, thoughtful cuisine, and Klocke Estate's handcrafted brandies in one unforgettable summer experience.

Whether you're stopping by after a walk through the orchard or gathering with friends on the patio, it's the perfect way to embrace crisp Hudson Valley afternoons.

Join us on the South Lawn at Klocke Estate for an afternoon of wood-fired pizza by chef Justin Smillie. From 12:00–4:00 PM, enjoy handcrafted pizzas fresh from the oven in a relaxed outdoor setting overlooking the estate.

Pair your meal with Klocke Estate brandies, vermouths, cocktails, wine, or beer, and settle in for a leisurely afternoon of exceptional food, drinks, and beautiful Hudson Valley views.

Centered around the region's iconic fruit, this prix fixe menu explores the many expressions of the apple through inventive dishes, with optional pairings of apple brandy, vermouth, and autumn-inspired cocktails.
