• Signature Distillery Tour & Tasting – Learn about the place, process, and experience of crafting world-class brandy during our classic 30 minute experience. Includes a tasting of our vermouths, cocktails or spirits.
  
• Brandy 101 – A 45 minute educational deep dive into the history, production, and appreciation of fine brandy. Includes a tasting of 5 or our favorite brandies from around the world.
  
• Farm & Biodiversity Walk – Join us for a 25 minute walk around the Estate. Learn about regenerative agriculture and biodiversity on a stroll through our orchards & vineyards. Weather-permitting.
  

• Enjoy Crêpes from the Sidecar on the South Lawn from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

• Full dinner service in the restaurant from 4:00pm - 9:00 pm

• The full bar is available from 12pm - close daily.

Join us for a seasonal three-course Apple Brunch & Lunch, served from 11:00 AM–2:00 PM on Sunday, September 20th.

Centered around the region's iconic fruit, this prix fixe menu explores the many expressions of the apple through savory and sweet preparations.

Menu includes a welcome bite & cocktail, first course, choice of entree, and dessert, with optional pairings of apple brandy, vermouth, and autumn-inspired cocktails.
