New York State Vidal Blanc grapes are crushed and fermented in our winery, then infused with a blend of 15 botanicals including wormwood, orris root, bitter orange, and coriander.

The end result: a complex beverage with aromas of orange peel, baking spice, and vanilla—a perfect, mellow balance that is refreshingly rich, bitter, and bright.
